A Space for all types of Grief.

Grief is a deeply personal and often complex journey.

There is perhaps no greater pain than the aching emptiness that comes when

the world continues to move forward, while your own world feels shattered and still.

Grief isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience.

Grief doesn't follow a set timeline or formula.

For some, it’s a quiet, steady ache. For others, it may feel chaotic and all-consuming.

Sudden loss, traumatic loss, unresolved trauma, or a history of complicated relationships,

can add a further layer of pain that can be difficult to untangle.

Grief can stem from the loss of a relationship, a role, a beloved pet or shifting sense of self.

Sometimes, the world doesn’t recognise these losses,

leaving you feeling invalidated or alone.

We can then be left with painful, unhelpful stories about ourselves,

stories of guilt, shame, failure, or unworthiness.

Person-centred counselling meets you where you are.

There’s no pressure to “move on” or reach specific milestones.

There is no wrong way to grieve.

Healing from grief isn’t about just “getting over it” or forgetting

it’s about learning to carry your loss in a way that feels manageable.

It’s about finding meaning, connection, and moments of joy alongside the pain.

Whether you need to talk, reflect, cry, or simply sit in silence,

I offer a safe, compassionate and empathic space to explore what you’re feeling,

to support where you are and where you want to be.

All grief is valid.

You don’t have to face grief alone.
