either Online, Face to Face, Walk and Talk.
We can just talk or use Sand Therapy, Nesting Doll Therapy
and other creative tools
where your needs, expression and comfort are at the forefront of your sessions.
I actively encourage the use of fidget toys, headphones,
loops and weighted blankets.
You might prefer shorter sessions or if online,
your camera off, texting in sessions,
sitting on the floor, doodling, or being in a dimly lit room.
Reconnecting with your sensory world as a source of comfort, expression,
and embodied knowing connects you to your authentic self .
