A person in a cozy sweater writes on a graph paper at a wooden table, with a coffee cup and a notebook nearby, indicating a moment of planning or creative work.

If you are reading this I welcome you.

With open arms and an open heart, I thank you for being here.

Whatever path has brought you, instinct, curiosity, a piqued interest or a brief pause in absent-minded scrolling, you are here. Now.

Perhaps you clicked the wrong link or stumbled here.

Still, you are here, with me, Now.

Consider the possibility this place is precisely where you're meant to be.

Perhaps you are here, responding to a quiet internal nudge, an internal whisper calling for a compassionate companion on your journey of personal growth? Perhaps you seek an empathic enquirer to support you return to your True way of being.

Do you wonder why you’ve arrived here? What knowledge or feeling is blooming for you now?

Do you feel tense? Seen? Witnessed? Maybe you experience a strange mixture of discomfort and relief, a wordless yet familiar space fluttering in your chest or belly that roots you to old stories, older truths. Fluttering feelings begin to gently bloom into life.

You are here. In this space, Now.

And in being here, we share something; a small moment of human connection.

How does it feel? Unfamiliar? Releasing?

You've shared no words, yet you've felt something. Is that something worth exploring?

Or do you wish to gently step back, carrying this encounter until another day?

It is your gift and grace to do so.

You and I are here. Now.

Now is all there is.

What is possible in your Now?

What have you experienced here, and wish to carry forward?

What do you desire to review, honour, and lay down?

You are still here. In your expanding Now.

And so now, you already hold your own invitation.

Where will that take you… now?
